Deanna Garza Brown
Founder of the Self Mastery Institute, a non-profit corporation established in 1994. Deanna Is a Credentialed Teacher, Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Program /Curricullum Developer and Workshop Facilitator specializing in Personal Development Training for the department of Correction and Probation. Deanna has developed a curriculum based program that has provided at risk youth, ex.offenders and adult Inmates with the necessary tools needed to effectively cope with incarceration and release from the prison system. Deanna has worked within this targeted environments for over 20 years. She is a published author and has written several workbooks focused on understanding the influence of association, conflict within and the power of self concept are just a few examples of the self mastery workbook.
Don A. Clair
Executive Administrator,Program Development and Trainer. Mr.Clair has completed a 29 year career with the Department of Justice. His exceptional skill in designing and facilitating personalized programs for high - risk incarcerated or on probation individuals has received highly acclaimed recognition from Prison Institutions and the department of Probation. Don has represented Robbins Research International in various Correctional educational and Law Enforcement agencies to provide over 500 workshops and seminars. Don is a published author, curriculum developer and has been featured in the correctional management Quartile. He has pioneered new technology for cognitive behavior and developed training for staff faced with challenge of working with difficult individuals and situations.
